This thing is not going to be a replacement for your super powerful 18V Makita or Dewalt. This is a nice handy tool for putting in curtain screws on a tall ladder, or just about anything else the big bulky tools can't go. Any where you can use a hand turn manual screw driver, you can use this! It is so easy to use, I use it on everything from putting on cabinet doors, installing door locks, putting together funitures, to drilling holes on cabinets. Do not let the small size fool you, with the right bit, you can drill through solide oak with ease. Just need an adapter for the bits. The price is right too. I just bought another one for my father, and he liked it too
