I recently decided to build a deck. I knew I would be finishing my basement down the road. I needed a automatic powder tool that could frame and provide positive placement for the various metal hangers used on the deck.Hilti is the only company that makes a combo gun that can shoot framing powder tool and short joist hanger powder tool. This is a full size framing powder tool. I felt like it may be too large for many situations on the deck. Not to mention it was pretty pricey. In fact I was leary of it because of its price. Don't be. It is great!
